- ClickUp as the source of truth: tasks, owners, deadlines, statuses that mean something
- Client deliverable pipelines across ads, creative, web, and reporting, shipped on time
- Capacity and workload across a ~25-person remote team
- Blocker hunting: you find the stuck task before the client does
- Weekly delivery reporting to leadership: what shipped, what slipped, why
§ 02
Must have
- 2+ years managing delivery in an agency or similar client-work environment
- ClickUp (or equivalent) at admin level: automations, dashboards, templates
- Proof you took over a messy pipeline and made it boring
§ 03
Nice to have
- Marketing agency background
- Async remote teams across time zones
