Must have
- 2+ years of WordPress development on live lead-gen or business sites
- PHP plus HTML/CSS/JS: page builders as a tool, not a crutch
- Tracking skills: you can debug GTM, a data layer, or a form webhook yourself

- Legal, franchise, or education verticals
- Landing page platforms (Unbounce or similar)
