This website is operated by ROASROCKET MARKETING LLP, a company based in Vancouver, Canada, operating as Digital Rocket. When this policy says "we", "us", or "our", it means ROASROCKET MARKETING LLP.
2. What we collect
We collect three kinds of data:
- Form submissions. When you fill in a form on this site, such as the free marketing diagnostic, we receive what you type: typically your name, email address, and website URL.
- Analytics data. Like most websites, we collect information about how the site is used: pages visited, device and browser type, and your approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Booking data. If you schedule a call, the booking runs through Calendly, and we receive the details you provide there, such as your name, email, and the time you pick.
3. How we use it
We use this data to respond to your inquiries, deliver our services, and improve the site. That is it.
We do not sell personal data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
4. Cookies and analytics
This site may set analytics and advertising cookies and pixels. These help us understand what content is useful and measure whether our own advertising works.
You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site will still work if you block them; some measurement just gets less accurate.
5. Third parties
A few third-party services touch data from this site:
- Meta and Google advertising platforms, for ad measurement.
- Calendly, for scheduling calls.
- External sites we link to, such as Clutch and other review platforms. Once you leave our site, their privacy policies apply, not this one.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes described above, or as long as the law requires us to keep it. After that, it gets deleted.
7. Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, and you can ask us to delete it. To make either request, contact us through the route in the Contact section below and tell us what you want done. We will handle it.
8. Children
This site is aimed at business owners and professionals. It is not directed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of majority. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. The date above always reflects the latest version.
