Terms of Use.

Effective July 2026

These terms govern your use of digitalrocketads.com, the website of ROASROCKET MARKETING LLP, operating as Digital Rocket. They cover the website only, not client engagements.

1. Agreement to these terms

By using this website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site. That is the whole deal.

2. Informational content

Everything on this site is published for general information. It is not advice tailored to your business, and nothing here is a guarantee of results.

The results shown in our case studies are real client outcomes. They are not typical, and they depend on many factors: the client's offer, sales process, market, budget, and execution. Your results will differ.

3. Testimonials and figures

Testimonials on this site are from real clients. Performance figures are client-reported unless we state otherwise. We publish them in good faith, but they describe those clients' experiences, not a promise about yours.

4. Services

Our marketing services are governed by individual service agreements between ROASROCKET MARKETING LLP and each client. These website terms do not create a client relationship, and they do not modify any service agreement.

5. Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, graphics, and design, belongs to ROASROCKET MARKETING LLP. Do not reproduce, copy, or republish it without our permission. Linking to our pages is fine; lifting them is not.

We link to third-party sites, such as Clutch and other review platforms. Those sites have their own content, terms, and policies. We are not responsible for what you find there.

7. Limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROASROCKET MARKETING LLP is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, including reliance on its content, interruptions, or errors.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any dispute about them belongs in the courts of British Columbia.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after an update, that means you accept the new version.
